Job Description

We are seeking a Deputy Manager for a brand new children's home in Westcliff on Sea.

ENS Recruitment is now seeking a Deputy Manager to work in a 4-bed children's home.

You will be working alongside a Registered Manager and Senior Support Workers to look after 4 children with emotional behavioural difficulties, ages 9 - 17 in a brand new residential home in Westcliff on Sea that will open at the beginning of August.

Main requirements:

* You must have 2 years' experience as a Deputy Manager and have experience in supporting children with EBD in a residential home
* You must have a Level 3 in childcare (or equivalent) and a willingness to work towards a Level 5
* You must be a driver with access to your own vehicle as you will need to assist the children with getting to appointments (mileage will be paid)
* You will have a really good understanding of Ofsted regulations

The role will offer you a salary range between £28,000 to £32,000 per annum (negotiable, based on experience).
